On August 10th, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Circular 11/2022/TT-BKHCN repealing legal documents issued by the Minister of Science and Technology regulating the method for determining the localization rate of automobiles. This Circular takes effect from October 1st, 2022.

Specifically, Circular 11/2022/TT-BKHCN repeals the following three legal documents:

Firstly, Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN dated October 1st, 2004, of the Minister of Science and Technology on the method for determining the localization rate of automobiles.

Secondly, Decision No. 05/2005/QD-BKHCN dated May 11, 2005, of the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN dated October 1, 2004, of the Minister of Science and Technology on the method for determining the localization rate for automobiles.

Thirdly, Circular No. 05/2012/TT-BKHCN dated March 12, 2012, of the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing Article 1 of Decision No. 05/2005/QD-BKHCN dated May 11, 2005, of the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN dated October 1, 2004, on the method for determining the localization rate for automobiles.
