Revised EU regulations on residue levels of certain pesticide active ingredients in certain products

The EU has just issued Regulation (EU) No. 2022/1324, dated July 28, 2022, amending Annexes II and III of Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 of the European Parliament and the EU concerning maximum residue limits for pesticides.
Accordingly, the amended Regulations on Annexes II and III of Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 of the European Parliament and the EU stipulate maximum residue limits for pesticides including the active ingredients benzovindiflupyr, boscalid, fenazaquin, fluazifop-P, flupyradifurone, fluxapyroxad, fosetyl-Al, isofetamide, metaflumizone, pyraclostrobin, spirotetramate, thiabendazole and tolclofos-methyl in or on certain fresh fruits, frozen vegetables, oilseeds, cereals, animal products, etc.

The Regulations take effect from August 29, 2022.
