This Circular takes effect from October 1st, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, Circular 11\/2022\/TT-BKHCN repeals the following three legal documents:<\/p>\n<p>Firstly, Decision No. 28\/2004\/QD-BKHCN dated October 1st, 2004, of the Minister of Science and Technology on the method for determining the localization rate of automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, Decision No. 05\/2005\/QD-BKHCN dated May 11, 2005, of the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing Decision No. 28\/2004\/QD-BKHCN dated October 1, 2004, of the Minister of Science and Technology on the method for determining the localization rate for automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>Thirdly, Circular No. 05\/2012\/TT-BKHCN dated March 12, 2012, of the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing Article 1 of Decision No. 05\/2005\/QD-BKHCN dated May 11, 2005, of the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing Decision No. 28\/2004\/QD-BKHCN dated October 1, 2004, on the method for determining the localization rate for automobiles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The regulation on calculating the localization rate for automobiles will be officially abolished from October 1, 2022 On August 10th, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Circular 11\/2022\/TT-BKHCN repealing legal documents issued by the Minister of Science and Technology regulating the method for determining the localization rate of automobiles.
